Farris Partner Teresa Tomchak spoke on recent trends in securities litigation and enforcement at the Securities Section of the Canadian Bar Association on May 23, 2012.

Teresa was counsel on several of the cases referred to in the presentation, including the hostile takeover of Lions Gate, the first securities secondary market class action in Canada to deny leave in Round v. MDA and the recent proposed arrangement by TELUS Corporation to collapse its dual share structure.
