Scott Dawson Presents at CLE’s Advocacy Conference on Objections

Farris Partner Scott Dawson presented at the 2010 Advocacy Conference staged by the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. 

The Advocacy Conference is a comprehensive, two-day program that explores all major facets of advocacy in the litigation process. The conference is held once in a decade and for that reason is referred to as “the big one”. The faculty was replete with jurists and senior counsel from British Columbia and across Canada, and the conference agenda was targeted for civil and criminal litigation counsel with an intermediate to advanced level of experience. 

Scott was a member of the panel struck to address objections. In addition to Scott, the panel consisted of Justice Cullen and Teresa Mitchell-Banks, Q.C.
