Farris obtains ruling from Canadian International Trade Tribunal in favour of BC potato industry imposing duties on potatoes imported from the USA at unfair prices. Farris lawyers Robert McDonell, Rebecca Morse and Erica Miller, following a hearing in Vancouver, succeeded in persuading the Trade Tribunal that certain potatoes produced in the USA were being sold at dumped prices in BC and, as a result, the BC industry was at risk of injury without trade protection.
