Martin Twigg featured in Canadian Privacy Law Review

Farris associate Martin Twigg was featured in the May 2016 issue of the Canadian Privacy Law Review with an article detailing the recent precedent setting decision of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in Jane Doe 46533 v. N.D.  The decision recognized the right of a woman to sue an ex-boyfriend for breach of privacy for distributing highly sensitive material of her online without her consent.
