Hector MacKay-Dunn & Farris Congratulate Tekmira on $140M US Government Contract for Ebola Treatment
The partners at Farris would like to congratulate client Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation on the award of a U.S. $140million contract with the United States Department of Defense (DoD) Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) through the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command (SMDC).
Tekmira Pharmaceuticals, a leader in RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics, will work to advance a treatment for the Ebola virus infection, which is lethal to humans.
