Head of Litigation, George Macintosh, Q.C. today commences a constitutional reference case in the B.C. Supreme Court. The case, which is scheduled to last until at least the end of January 2011, will consider whether a Criminal Code prohibition on polygamy is consistent with the Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
