Farris welcomes three new Partners

Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP is pleased to announce that Nikki L. Charlton (Family Law), Stephanie J. Daniels (Tax & Private Wealth) and Aaron Dow (Real Estate, Corporate Commercial, Wills and Estates) have joined the partnership, effective February 1, 2015.

Nikki Charlton specializes in the area of Family Law. Her practice includes all matters affecting families in British Columbia such as separation, divorce, property division, common law trusts, spousal support, child support, guardianship, residency, and parenting time. As a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Nikki provides services from either a collaborative or litigation approach depending on the individual needs of her clients.

Stephanie Daniels is a member of the Tax and Wealth Management Group at Farris. Stephanie develops and implements tax and estate plans, drafts wills, trusts and other estate planning documents, and handles taxation-related corporate and commercial transactions for individuals, families and private corporations. Stephanie regularly establishes charities and non-profit organizations and advises charities such entities on an ongoing basis in respect of compliance and structuring matters.

Aaron Dow practices in Farris’ Kelowna office as a solicitor in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, bank lending, and wills and estates. Aaron holds Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Law degree, both from the University of Victoria. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Metro UP Financial Asset & Literacy Foundation and is a member of both the Canadian Bar Association and the Kelowna Bar Association.
