The Criminal Law Quarterly publishes Joseph J. Arvay, Q.C. and Alison M. Latimer’s article entitled “The Constitutional Infirmity of the Law Prohibiting Criminal Negligence” this month. The authors argue the laws prohibiting criminal negligence causing death unjustifiably infringe s. 7 of the Charter.
