Alison Latimer featured in McGill Law Journal Podcast

Farris litigator Alison Latimer is featured in the April 8, 2015 McGill Law Journal Podcast entitled “Punishment Unlimited? The Use and Abuse of Solitary Confinement in Canada”. Alison Latimer is co-counsel, along with Joseph Arvay, Q.C., representing the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association and the John Howard Society of Canada who have recently launched a constitutional legal challenge to the provisions of the Corrections and Conditional Release Act that authorize administrative segregation in federal penitentiaries.
