Today, Farris Partner James Hatton appeared in the National Post newspaper in an article titled, Cardiome hits potential $1B home run by Julius Melnitzer. In the article, Hatton speaks about his role in Vancouver’s Cardiome Pharma Corp. inking a licensing deal with Merck & Co., Inc. The deal has the potential to be worth $1-billion if all the milestones are met, making it the largest licensing deal ever involving a Canadian life-sciences company. Download the PDF file here.
