Dylana Bloor & David Selley Obtain BC Court Approval

Farris Lawyers Obtain BC Court Approval of a Plan of Arrangement involving two Canadian-listed Mining Companies. Radiant Resources Inc. (Radiant) has been acquired by Tiomin Resources Inc. (Tiomin) in a share exchange transaction. Radiant is a TSX Venture listed company with mining properties located in northwestern China. Tiomin is a TSX listed mining company with interests in a copper and gold project in Peru and a titanium project in Kenya. The Plan of Arrangement, affected under the British Columbia Business Corporations Act, will allow the combined company to develop its mineral assets and acquire new projects, positioning it to become a substantial exploration company in Africa, Peru and China. Farris corporate partner David Selley and litigation associate Dylana Bloor acted as British Columbia legal counsel for Radiant. Dylana Bloor obtained the BC Supreme Court approval for the transaction on September 24, 2008.
