Farris Donates to the Kelowna General Hospital Foundation (KGHF) to Support New Perinatal Unit

Farris partners Peter MacPherson, also the Vice Chair of KGHF, and Dominic Petraroia, Q.C. represented the firm in the cheque presentation to the KGHF’s ‘Giving Giggles’ campaign, which aims to purchase medical equipment and patient care items for the new perinatal unit.

In a much-discussed and precedent-setting court decision, the British Columbia Supreme Court awarded in excess of $750,000 to a victim who suffered from psychological injuries as a result of 6 motor vehicle accidents which occurred over a decade before trial.
