Sean Hern is a partner in Farris’ litigation group. Called to the bar in 2002, Mr. Hern works from Farris’ offices in Victoria and Vancouver. He practises as general litigation counsel and has argued cases in all levels of court and before numerous administrative tribunals. Mr. Hern has experience in a wide range of commercial matters including contract disputes, debt collection, real estate litigation, intellectual property disputes, corporate oppression cases, negligence issues and fraud. In the government and administrative law setting, Mr. Hern has represented clients in cases concerning human rights, pensions, municipal law, policing, federal and provincial privacy legislation, immigration and environmental law. In class action litigation, Mr. Hern acts on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants. Outside of his law practice, Mr. Hern is an avid guitar hack and English football fan. He lives with his family in Victoria.
