Sally advises high net worth individuals and family business owners on all aspects of inter-generational wealth transfer and estate and succession planning, including wills and trusts, corporate reorganisations and charitable foundations. Having formerly practised as a business lawyer for a number of years and acted as General Counsel at a major public company, Sally brings her clients the benefit of her extensive business experience as well as the strong interpersonal skills required to deal with often emotional and difficult situations. She is accustomed to working collaboratively together with clients’ tax and financial advisors to create and implement comprehensive solutions. Her goal is to become her clients’ trusted advisor in all matters relating to their individual or business succession planning needs. Sally also provides advice on trust matters and on the administration of estates.
Sally is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Estate Planning Council (Vancouver). She also holds a certificate in family enterprise advising from the UBC Sauder Business School Business Families Center and is a member of the Canadian and Vancouver Bar Associations.
