Thierry is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate Finance & Securities practice groups. His practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law with an emphasis on corporate finance, business acquisitions and divestitures. Thierry has broad experience in private company asset and share purchase transactions, going private transactions and private and public company financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Thierry worked in the Montreal office of a prominent national law firm, studied engineering and worked for a software editor and a major mining company. In the summer of 2005, Thierry completed a program at the University of Oxford (St. Peter’s College) on intellectual property and emerging technology law under professors from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Thierry’s background and previous work experience provide grounding in business and operating environments and an understanding of clients’ needs in a variety of sectors including mining, transportation, manufacturing and technology. Thierry is fluent in English and in French.
