Stephanie practices labour and employment law, administrative law, and general civil litigation. She advises and represents employers, employees, businesses and individuals in a wide range of labour, employment and commercial disputes, including wrongful dismissals, labour arbitrations, labour relations board matters, human rights complaints, employment standards matters, privacy law issues, disability insurance disputes, workers compensation matters, and contractual matters. 

She assists employers in unionized and non-unionized environments by providing practical and strategic advice in such areas as post-employment competition, hiring and termination, union certification drives and post-certification issues, as well as the accommodation of disabled employees.

Stephanie has authored and presented papers in the fields of labour, employment, administrative and social media law. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Vancouver Bar Association, as well as the Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists, BC Chapter.

Stephanie is a member of the Labour Law, Employment Law, Freedom of Information and Privacy Law, and Human Rights sections of the Canadian Bar Association.
