Nick Hooge is an Associate in Farris’ litigation group. He has a general litigation practice and has appeared or assisted senior counsel in all levels of BC courts, as well as in the Supreme Court of Canada. Nick has experience in a wide range of civil and commercial matters including contract disputes, municipal liability, real property litigation, corporate and securities law, human rights complaints, and commercial arbitration issues. He also has considerable experience in the defence of class actions, including in such areas as securities law and breach of service contract claims. 

Mr. Hooge recently completed a Masters degree at the University of Toronto’s Faculty of Law, where he focused on Public International Law and Comparative Constitutional Law.
