Martin is a solicitor practicing in the areas of technology, intellectual property, internet and privacy law. Martin advises public and private companies regarding the negotiation and drafting of agreements relating to the commercialization of technology and related services, including software and technology licensing, distribution agreements, service agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and terms of use. He also advises companies in relation to various other technology and internet related matters, including compliance with privacy legislation and Canada’s Anti-Spam Law.

Prior to joining Farris, Martin clerked for six judges of the British Columbia Supreme Court.
