Kwang’s practice focuses on commercial transactions, corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. He has experience in public and private equity and debt offerings, asset and share purchase and sale transactions, and corporate reorganizations.

His practice includes advising companies on various matters relating to continuous disclosure obligations, securities regulation and corporate governance.

Kwang has lectured on topics such as key provisions in agreements and the essentials of contract drafting.

Prior to joining Farris, Kwang was based in Calgary and practiced at a prominent national law firm.
