James is a member of the firm’s corporate and commercial practice group.  James has had experience working on a wide variety matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, proxy contests, public and private financings, corporate governance, public private partnerships and securities regulation.

In law school, James received the Hyman Altman Q.C. Memorial Prize in Secured Transactions and the James W.N. Pozer Award for contributions to the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program.  He was admitted to the State of New York Bar in 2012.

James joined the firm as a summer student in 2010.  He subsequently articled with Farris and was hired as an associate in 2012.
