Donald I. Brenner, Q.C. joined Farris on September 14, 2009 as Senior Counsel after 17 years on the Bench as Chief Justice of the British Columbia Supreme Court. Prior to joining the Supreme Court in 1992, Mr. Brenner had a distinguished career as a practising lawyer who specialized in the fields of aviation, professional indemnity, and products liability law.
A focus of Mr. Brenner’s practice will be dispute resolutions as a mediator and arbitrator, and he will provide advice to Farris clients and lawyers.
