Sunny has experience working as a solicitor with Farris’ Corporate and Commercial group, and has worked on some of the firm’s mergers and acquisitions and securities transactions.
Sunny joined Farris as a summer student in 2009. He subsequently articled with Farris and was hired as an Associate in 2011.
