Sharan re-joined Farris in 2005 as Director, Professional Development & Recruitment. Working with the Partners at Farris, Sharan is responsible for the recruitment and development of the firm’s associates and students. Sharan articled and then practised with Farris’ Labour and Employment group from 1999-2004 before moving to Toronto to work for a national recruiting firm. Sharan is a non-practising member of the Law Society of British Columbia.
