Nicole joined Farris as an articling student in May 2006. After completing her articles she joined the firm’s Corporate Commercial, Real Estate, and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. Nicole is engaged in a general solicitor’s practice and has experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, real estate, banking, and municipal law. Her practice focuses largely on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and negotiating and drafting various types of commercial agreements. Nicole is currently a member of the Business Law, Real Estate, and Municipal Law sections of the British Columbia branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
