Jennifer began with Farris as a student in 2003 and was called to the bar in 2005.
Jennifer represents employers in both the public and private sectors in labour relations, employment and human rights matters. Jennifer has acted for clients before a number of judicial and administrative bodies, including the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Labour Relations Board, federally and provincially constituted Boards of Arbitration and the Human Rights Tribunal. Jennifer advises employers with respect to workplace policies and practices, collective agreement interpretation, and other labour and employment matters.
Jennifer is a member of the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations.
