His experience includes corporate reorganizations, amalgamations, mergers and acquisitions; commercial contracts pertaining to construction, mining, and energy projects; the purchase and sale of businesses; employment and the provision of services; real estate development, subdivision, purchase, and sale; and municipal matters relating to regional districts and other local governments. Hugh is involved in professional affiliations including membership in the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations.
