Dylana practises in the areas of civil litigation, labour, employment, and human rights. Dylana has appeared as counsel in the British Columbia Supreme Court, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. Dylana has also participated in a wide variety of matters before the BC Labour Relations Board, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, the BC Human Rights Tribunal, and the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal. Dylana is a member of the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations and the Law Society of British Columbia.
