David’s practice involves civil litigation and counsel work. David practises primarily in construction, public private partnership, procurement, and municipal fields. He has acted for numerous public and private entities and has appeared at all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. McBride’s practice includes arbitration and mediation experience.

David’s professional activities include membership in the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations.
