Christopher Gora is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property and Corporate & Securities Law practice groups, with a growing practice in clean technology. Christopher assists the firm’s clients in a variety of areas, including structuring and general corporate and securities matters, equity and other financing, technology partnering and licensing transactions, collaboration and development agreements, as well as the commercialization of clients’ technology. In addition, Christopher provides regulatory compliance advice to clients in the areas of climate change and privacy matters.

Christopher serves on a number of advisory boards, including Nitobi Software (web applications) and Small Energy Group Inc. (energy management software). As well, Christopher is a member of the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations, the International Bar Association, and the Licensing Executive Society. Christopher is a partner with B.C. Technology Social Venture Partners, an organization that takes a venture capital approach to philanthropy, as well as a board member for the Building Opportunities with Business Inner City Society (BOB).
