Christine practises in the areas of estate planning and wealth management, corporate and commercial law, and real estate law. She has assisted clients in a variety of matters, including wills drafting and estate planning; business acquisitions including share purchase and asset purchase transactions; drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including shareholder agreements, purchase and sale agreements, and partnership agreements; purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate; incorporation and management of non-profit organizations; and business incorporations and corporate reorganizations.

Christine is a member of the Vancouver and Canadian Bar Associations, and of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Canada. She is a director of the Vancouver Society of Children’s Centres (VSOCC), Vancouver’s largest early childhood education provider, and of the Vancouver Foundation of Art, Justice and Liberty. She is fluent in Norwegian and Italian.
