Chad joined Farris as an articling student in September 2006. After completing his articles he joined the firm’s Corporate Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Securities & Corporate Finance practice groups. Chad’s practice focuses on assisting senior counsel in all areas of corporate law including public offerings, private placements, mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, corporate reorganizations, and performing due diligence in connection with acquisitions and public offerings. Chad also advises on general corporate matters, compliance and disclosure obligations, and corporate governance. Chad is a member of the Business Law and Securities Law sections of the British Columbia Branch of the Canadian Bar Association.
