Brian Canfield is a strategic advisor for his business clients. He focuses on facilitating opportunities and solving problems on their behalf by combining his legal experience, business background, and negotiation skills with diligence and common sense. Brian has a wide range of experience in assisting both public and private clients, with a special emphasis on established and emerging entrepreneurs.

He has worked closely with his clients in Western Canada and beyond in a variety of matters, including acquiring and selling businesses, establishing joint ventures and alliances, facilitating regulatory approvals, settling shareholder and other disputes, restructuring, creating effective corporate governance systems, and raising financing. His clients operate in many key industries including automotive, wireless, real estate, securities, and food and beverage. He has also increasingly focused on business ventures with First Nations. Brian is a member of the Vancouver, Canadian, Washington State, and the American Bar Associations, as well as several trade industry associations.
