Farris has a dedicated Management Team that oversees the day to day operations of the firm.

This unique internal structure requires few committees and allows Farris lawyers to focus on what they do best - practise law. It enables our firm to respond quickly and work more effectively at all levels. Farris' Management Team, led by Jay R. Cathcart, C.A., Chief Operating Officer, is comprised of experienced professionals who ensure the firm operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently.
